Raiding with DotA
In order to raid with us you must first fit minimum requirements for the instance you are signing up for.
Very general requirements (until more concrete ones are up):
Early Naxxramas/Vault of Archavon/Sarth +0 drakes: Must be in at least item level 187 gear. You should have a mix of blue and epic gear from heroics. More than 1 or 2 greens and/or pre-level 77 items is pretty unnecessary at this point. Healers should have at least 1500 spell power and 200 mp5, tanks should have at least 23k health and be uncrittable, and DPS should do at least 1500 DPS.
Late Naxxramas: All of your gear should be around item level 200 gear (from heroics and Naxxramas). DPS should be doing about 2000 DPS by now.
Malygos, Sarth +drakes: Your gear should be all level 80 epics at this point. Your DPS should be at least 2500 or so on fights that involve movement (and not gimmick fights like Thaddius or Loatheb). Tanks should be in the realm of about 45% avoidance and 28k health unbuffed (over 30k for bears). Healers should have about 2000 spell power.
You should make an account on the raid site, and then add your character in our raid sign-up system, after which you'll be able to start signing up for raids. You will need a general password to create an account on the raid sign-up site. You can get this password by logging in to your character in the guild in WoW and finding the password under the guild information button (when you are on the guild tab you can see the button).
If you are not slotted for a raid and not sure why, feel free to ask an officer.
It is possible that you can get into an instance without the required stats, but don't take it as a given that you will get in every week.

Signing up for Raids
To sign up for raids you must first have a raid site account. Use the password supplied on the guild information window on the guild tab in-game for the password to create an account, and choose your own username and password for your user account.
Once you are registered, log in to the raid system and create your character on the account page.
Once your character information is all filled out, save and then you should be able to sign up for raids!
